Comfortable beds and great shower facilities made my stay easier.
Communication with the staff was nearly nonexistent. I often felt lost, unable to find help when I needed extra amenities like pillows. The wardrobe was cramped due to extra linens, made unpacking challenging.

We were actually upgraded to their other property Tynska as there was room for free. The location was amazing a few yards off Old Town Square. The property was spacious, clean and a perfect home from home in the centre of Prague - we ahve stayed in Prague many times and this was our best experience.

Why didn't I try this sooner?
After a perfect weekend, I can't believe I didn't discover this gem earlier. The location is ideal, close to trams and shops. The fantastic service impressively delivered items to my room within minutes, and the lovely, quiet balcony. Definitely a nice experience worth repeating!

Facilities (balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning...) were more than welcome. Staff (Eugenia) cared for our needs.
There was no appartment cleaning service scheduled... We ran out of toilet paper and had to wait over the week-end to get some more form the Residence Jecna. Needless to say, we bought some in the mean time.

missingWrote a review on 21 Octpoor heatinglack of cleaning
The heating was practically non-existent, and i had to sleep in my streetclothes, so much for luxury. They didn't even clean my room for four days, i almost thought they'd forgotten i exist. A complimentary chocolate upon arrival is the least i expected after that treatment, but my demands clearly fall on deaf ears.

We were upgraded to Residence Tynska, literally one block off Old Town Square. The location was amazing. Right in the heart of the old city. The residence was clean and very charming. Eva, who checked us in, was so kind and accommodating and was a great source of information. Although we only stayed 3 nights, you could easily stay a month in the apartment. It was clean and safe and had a cute little balcony. We loved it!
Although there are two bedrooms, one has a fold out couch which is a little uncomfortable. The bathroom did not contain a blow dryer so bring one from home. We also ran out of toilet paper and none was to be found anywhere in the apartment. Small inconveniences, really, in an overall great experience.

It was a nice choice for taking strolls in Prague with good price-value balance. The balcony offered fine views, made our mornings special. Make sure to check out the local vegan restaurant nearby for great meals.
